If a pcv valve that is stuck in the closed position causes crankcase pressure to build (which can cause oil pressure to increase), why can't a valve that is stuck in the open position cause the opposite? Although my opsu might be old, the changes to oil pressure under light/moderate throttle are consistent. Just before it starts to build boost oil pressure drops 5-10 lbs. and builds back up as soon as I let off the gas or as soon as boost builds.
